Addressing the Digital Divide in our Community
The purpose of this initiative is to eliminate the digital divide in the Sandtown-Winchester community. One goal of this project is to create and build on the development of this community portal/website. This website will serve as a hub for sharing information about digital literacy programs, training opportunities, affordable internet options, and other resources that can help individuals acquire the necessary skills and tools to participate in the digital world. It will feature success stories, case studies, and highlight the achievements of individuals in the Sandtown community by showing that everyone can participate and thrive in the digital world.
