The Center for Technology Access and Training was founded in 2013.  The Center for Technology Access and Training (CETAT) is committed to bridging the digital divide and eliminating digital inequity.  CETAT improves the lives of people in developing communities by empowering members to be creators and innovators of technology.   We believe that with broadband access to technology, along with a powerful device and adequate training, people affected by the digital divide will have greater success in employment, education, and advocacy.  With support from Baltimore City, we have been able to establish the Sandtown Community Technology Center that is located at 1406 Laurens Street, Baltimore MD.  Our activities our guided by our Sandtown Digital Inclusion Council (SDIC) and a proud member of  the Sandtown-Winchester Community Collectives formerly known as Showdown for Sandtown
